For our Financing Competence Center in the modern Seehallen in Horgen, we are looking for a flexible, independent and reliable personality, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Creation, examination and processing of loan applications (incl. resubmissions) for private and corporate customers in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Creation, examination and approval of real estate appraisals
• Creation of contract and security formalities
• Management of credit positions (credit dossier management, balance sheet presentation, construction loan control, etc.)
• Maintaining contact with notary offices, authorities, banks and insurance companies
• Technical support for client advisors on credit-specific technical questions
• Support in credit monitoring to identify risks through the creation of regular reports

Your profile:

• Completed banking apprenticeship and proven experience in the credit area
• Independent, agile action with a hands-on mentality – you are an ambitious solution finder
• Independent working and high self-motivation are a matter of course for you
• Enjoyment of internal and external customer contact with high service orientation and good communication skills
• Confident handling of digital tools and high IT affinity
• Finnova knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills
