You will be supported by experienced colleagues during your induction into your areas of tasks and responsibility. We work on the nursing wards according to Lean principles. In doing so, we use Huddelboards, Flowboards, KVP, and visitation standards.

Your tasks

You care for and supervise the patients assigned to you and undertake delegated tasks in close cooperation with a registered nurse. In addition, constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional cooperation is an essential component of your everyday life.

Your profile

You have successfully completed your training as a Healthcare Specialist or will do so in the near future. In addition to personal and professional qualifications, you ideally have experience in an acute care hospital. You show interest in the areas of nursing, administration/logistics, and medical technology and carry out tasks reliably and correctly. Open, customer- and team-oriented cooperation is important to you.
