• 05 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Leysin, 1854 Leysin Riviera Chablais & Alpes Vaudoises For one of our clients, a recognized psycho-social establishment, we are looking for an Educator - medico-social sector motivated to accompany residents in a rehabilitation process, maintaining achievements and enhancing autonomy. Your role Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you ensure individualized educational support aiming to support the resources of residents, in close connection with their family and social environment. Your missions • Observe, analyze and collect useful information for resident follow-up • Collaborate with families, relatives and network partners • Build, coordinate and evaluate individualized educational projects • Implement intervention frameworks adapted to therapeutic needs • Promote the maintenance of achievements and autonomy in daily life • Participate actively in interdisciplinary work Your profile • Completed and recognized Educator diploma in Switzerland (SEFRI) • Experience in the medico-social field, a real interest in accompanying elderly people • Knowledge in addictology and/or CAS in psychiatry appreciated • Ability to work in a network and in a multidisciplinary team • Ease in elaborating and conducting individualized projects • Good mastery of French and common computer tools • Knowledge of the systemic approach, an asset • Adaptable, communicative personality, capable of questioning What awaits you • A benevolent and stimulating work environment • Engaged, dynamic and collaborative teams • Conditions according to the CCT SAN • Support for continuous training • Free parking and meals at a preferential rate Interested?
