The workshop group leadership is responsible for promoting the work-educational development of adults with disabilities. It ensures the implementation of production orders, taking into account individual skills and educational principles. The goal is to strengthen work ability, independence, and social integration, as well as comply with quality standards. Main tasks 2.1 Educational tasks • Individual support and promotion according to educational, social, and economic criteria • Creation, implementation, and reflection of promotion plans • Observation and documentation of development processes • Participation in interdisciplinary site and team meetings • Promotion of self-efficacy and social participation • Guidance in the personal area (e.g., medication administration, hygiene assistance/hygiene processes) 2.2 Work-educational and production-technical tasks • Technical guidance of the supervised employees in production processes • Adaptation of work assignments and methods to individual competencies • Ensuring quality, punctuality, and work safety • Design of ergonomic workplaces and creation of necessary aids • Responsibility for maintenance and cleanliness in the work area • Recording of services for wage and promotion documentation 2.3 Organizational-administrative tasks • Daily structuring, group organization, coordination of work processes • Communication with relatives, legal representatives, and internal specialist departments • Participation in internal further education and concept development • Crisis intervention and constructive conflict resolution • Participation in invoicing and creation of delivery documents Professional qualification • Completed vocational training with EFZ in a craft-technical field • Further education in the educational field (or willingness to do so) • Willingness and motivation to work with people with disabilities • Knowledge in the production environment and in occupational safety • Driver's license category B (including willingness for transport services with category D1) • First aid training or willingness to refresh • Forklift course (in case of operational necessity in the respective service area) Personal competencies Competence area Description Professional competence Education, work education, special needs education Self-competence Stress tolerance, self-organization, reflectivity Social competence Empathy, communication skills, team skills Methodical competence Promotion planning, documentation, crisis intervention Digital competence Basic knowledge of common digital tools, planning and document management
