Job description: We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Kitchen Assistant available for temporary assignments to join an active and friendly team. Start date to be agreed - 100% Short-term temporary assignment Your missions: Preparation of ingredients necessary for the preparation of dishes, under the supervision of the chef de cuisine. Assistance with cooking, assembly and presentation of dishes according to established standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including the cleaning of utensils and equipment. Ensure strict compliance with current hygiene and food safety standards. Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative working atmosphere within the team. Your profile: Previous experience in a similar position in a kitchen. Residence near Vallée de Joux (maximum 30 minutes). Passionate about cooking, with a strong desire to learn and progress. Good presentation and interpersonal skills to interact with the team and, if necessary, customers. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills and taste for teamwork. Knowledge and respect for hygiene and food safety rules. Flexible and willing to perform occasional replacements (one-day assignment).
