You come from sales, customer service or a strongly communicative role and want to move into an environment where people, pace and results count - but with a clear development perspective? Then this traineeship at Westhouse is the right next step. In our six-month traineeship, you will first learn the basics of IT recruitment. Afterwards, you will gradually develop towards Business Development: you will build customer relationships, identify opportunities and get topics rolling. Upon successful completion, there is the option of a permanent position with a clear development perspective. Active Sourcing via databases, social media and internal tools Support in identifying, addressing and qualifying IT and SAP specialists Accompaniment of candidates through the process (communication, coordination, follow-ups) Collaboration in customer care and development together with our consultants Gradual entry into Business Development: identification of potential new customers, appointment scheduling and establishment of new business relationships (by phone and digital) Research activities on customers, role profiles and market trends Support with administrative tasks in recruiting and sales Completed studies or training with EFZ You want to restart your career professionally and bring high self-motivation and "Sales-Drive" with you You communicate gladly, clearly and in a binding manner - on the phone just like in conversation You stick to it and don't give up after the first (or third) "no" Fluent knowledge of German and English is required; each additional language is an advantage Practical, instructive internship with comprehensive insights into IT recruiting & sales Personal support and training-on-the-job by experienced mentors Option of being taken on as Associate Consultant upon successful completion of the internship Flat hierarchies, fast decision-making paths and a modern working environment Collegial, international team with an appreciative corporate culture Central location in Zürich with excellent public transport connections Hybrid working possible (1-2 days per week remote) Regular team events, joint lunches and after-work events
