Most of these people are in a complex situation because mental illness is associated with social, somatic, behavioral and/or addiction-related disorders. The CAAD offers interdisciplinary support and bio-psycho-social services in a day center as well as in different housing solutions - residential home, community apartment and protected apartments. The CAAD also offers socio-educational support at home for people in private residences. The CAAD receives people from all of French-speaking Switzerland and welcomes civil placements on a voluntary basis or as part of a non-urgent assistance placement, and also admits people under penal institutional therapeutic measures. To complete our Therapies sector team, we are looking for:   FSP PSYCHOLOGIST 60% ##   Your mission: You ensure the psychological and therapeutic reference and follow-up of the beneficiaries entrusted to you. You build and coordinate their therapeutic support, taking into account their needs, their journey and their resources. Your practice is part of a close collaboration with the psychiatrist and interdisciplinary teams. Through your expertise and clinical perspective, you contribute to the understanding of complex situations and to the evolution of each beneficiary's individualized project. Your tasks: As part of your function, you will notably be required to: • On a clinical level, ensure the individual psychological care of the beneficiaries for whom you are the reference • Co-facilitate group therapies around various themes • Assume the responsibility for the therapeutic part of the administrative files of the beneficiaries for whom you are the reference • Write, in collaboration with the psychiatrist, therapeutic reports intended for various civil and penal authorities • Organize and participate in interdisciplinary interviews with the consulting psychiatrist, the management and representatives of different sectors • Work in a team with internal and external partners while respecting confidentiality within an internal context of shared secrecy • Participate in annual assessment interviews, network meetings and the development of Individualized Support Projects (PAI) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams • Participate in various colloquiums as well as team supervisions • Collaborate in the development of specific offers for the Therapies sector (training, prevention activities, awareness for employees and/or beneficiaries) • Contribute to the safety of the living environment • Contribute to the organization of the sector   Your profile: • Master's degree in psychology, clinical orientation • Training in psychotherapy (completed, in progress or willingness to undertake this training) is an asset • Several years of experience with adults in the field of psychopathology and mental disability • Interest in forensic psychiatry • Adherence to the goals of the institution and its support concept • Ability to work autonomously while having a strong team spirit • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team • Interpersonal skills and capacities for listening, communication, negotiation, pedagogy, animation • Ability to anticipate, take initiative, take action and sense of responsibility • Interest in managing crisis situations, good organization and sense of priorities • Writing skills   We offer you a stimulating position that combines autonomy, teamwork and an institutional approach in a pleasant and human working environment.
