Shift Manager Picktower & Shuttle (m/f/d) Your tasks Responsibility for the operational daily business of the department and the achievement of daily goals Representation of the department in status meetings – including the measures that secure the daily plan at all times Ensuring and further developing safety and quality standards according to specifications Active participation in projects and representation of the needs of logistics and your department Supporting, coaching and leading the team leaders – as well as team development and recruitment of new employees Level-appropriate communication across teams and shifts, so that all information lands where it is needed Your skills Completed vocational training as a logistician EFZ as well as further training with a federal diploma of expertise in logistics or an equivalent qualification Leadership experience in a lively environment, ideally across two levels Willingness and flexibility to lead our two-shift operation from 5 to 23 o'clock A high degree of problem-solving competence, even when it gets hectic Very good IT skills: MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems as well as very good German skills in speaking and writing, English is an advantage Recognizing potential for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and effectiveness Aligning actions and decisions with your personal convictions and values Building trust through consistent and reliable actions Why do you start with us?
