He is his partner and replaces him during his absence. The qualified animator accompanies the Residents throughout the day and helps them with activities of daily living. He ensures the integration of the Residents and proposes activities particularly in accordance with the institutional project. He performs manual, physical, and mental animations in accordance with needs, desires, pathologies and in respect of rights and duties by applying established procedures. The qualified animator develops support projects through interdisciplinarity by means of individual animations and exchanges with the Residents' relatives and the Resident himself. He is a source of proposals by setting up projects that he can delegate to qualified animators. He advises and guides the team in reflecting on the soundness of the animations. Main tasks • Support the Animation Manager to organize, manage, plan animations and constantly ensure they are updated and ensure the application of the institutional philosophy. • Carry out and participate in collective animations in coherence with the establishment project. • Carry out and participate in individual animations in coherence with the Resident's life project. • Develop a bond with the Residents in order to facilitate exchanges and to appreciate the proposed animations. • Collaborate and contribute to the development of the Resident's support projects. • Work in interdisciplinarity. • In collaboration with the Team Leader, supervise interns and apprentices. • Inquire with the Residents that their rights and duties are respected. • Welcome and meet the Residents upon their arrival. • Promote a pleasant atmosphere within the Institution.
