A warm welcome to Meikirch! The Meikirch schools comprise the three school locations Ortschwaben, Meikirch and Wahlendorf. We are a manageable, rural school in the immediate vicinity of the city of Bern and attach great importance to appreciative cooperation, short distances and a supportive togetherness. We are looking for a speech therapy substitute from January 2027 until the summer holidays 2027 at the Ortschwaben school location. The workload comprises a total of 18 lessons, but can also be partially taken over or divided among several people.

Tasks ###

Speech therapy diagnostics, promotion and therapy of students; Consultation and cooperation with teachers, parents and other specialists; Professional exchange and cooperation in the MR-team; Interdisciplinary cooperation in the school environment

Requirements ###

Recognized degree as a Speech Therapist or currently in training to become a Speech Therapist; Joy in working with children of kindergarten and primary school age; Independent and reliable way of working; Joy in cooperating in a committed, supportive team; Openness, flexibility and an appreciative attitude

We offer ###

• great flexibility in designing the timetable - an existing timetable as a starting point: The lessons are currently distributed over the mornings from Monday to Friday as well as Thursday and Friday afternoons; however, adjustments and reorganization are possible - a private, well-equipped speech therapy room in Ortschwaben - an open and supportive school environment - close cooperation with teachers, special education, psychomotorics, school social work and other specialists - short distances and uncomplicated coordination within the school - a small municipality with a personal and family atmosphere. The main place of work is located in the Ortschwaben school building. A private, permanently equipped speech therapy room is available there. Currently, 16 of the 18 lessons take place in Ortschwaben and 2 lessons in the Gassacker school building in Meikirch.
