• Ensure processes on the construction site
• Actively work on the construction site if required
• Be responsible for quality and occupational safety within the team
• Coordinate assembly assignments with construction management and project management
• Guide and orient the team in daily work

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ
• Further training as a timber construction foreman is ideal
• Willingness for personal and professional development
• Construction technology understanding and strong organizational talent
• Confident handling of common IT tools
