Do you want to support managers & employees at the heart of a dynamic industrial environment? Join a committed HR team as a Senior HR Business Partner!

Our partner is an international industrial company active in a technical and dynamic environment. Present in Valais for several years, it employs several hundred employees at its site. As part of its organizational evolution and in order to strengthen its HR team, we are looking for an HR Business Partner at 100%. You will join an HR team close to the field and actively participate in various transformation projects.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You support and advise managers and employees on all HR topics, as a local interlocutor
• You support managers in their HR responsibilities and assist them particularly in managing complex situations, conflicts, and organizational changes
• You advise managers on issues related to Swiss labor law and ensure compliance with legal provisions
• You actively participate in transformation projects and company reorganizations
• You manage various HR processes, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee development
• You participate in the recruitment process and collaborate closely with different HR interlocutors
• You support teams in their development and contribute to strengthening an HR culture close to the field
• You identify the needs of employees and managers and propose solutions adapted to operational challenges
• You contribute to the evolution of HR processes and tools in a constantly transforming environment

You offer your new employer

• You hold a higher education degree in Human Resources, ideally university level; additional training in HR is an asset
• You have several years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a dynamic and demanding environment
• You have good knowledge of Swiss labor law and are comfortable with operational HR issues
• You have a very field-oriented approach and enjoy direct contact with employees and managers
• You are a reactive, curious, autonomous, and pragmatic person, capable of managing several subjects simultaneously
• You like environments where days are varied and where it is necessary to adapt quickly
• You master English, which is indispensable for this position; good knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are comfortable in an industrial environment and do not hesitate to go out into the field
• An 80% is negotiable in the short term, but the position must evolve towards 100%
• You appreciate an organization offering a certain flexibility, notably with one day of teleworking per week
