Plant Operator (m/f/d)

The role of Operations Team Member encompasses a range of different tasks that play a key role in the manufacturing operations of Avery Dennison. In this function, you follow standard operating procedures to improve product and process efficiency, reduce waste, and increase quality. You support initiatives in the areas of safety, quality, and continuous improvement to achieve department and site goals. Tasks • Operation and monitoring of production plants according to specifications for volume, speed, and quality. • Carrying out shipping and receiving activities as well as accurate data entry into the systems. • Carrying out basic maintenance and repair work on machines and facilities. • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and active participation in quality controls. • Supporting the team in performing essential tasks required for the operation of the plant. -3-shift Qualifications • Experience in operating production machines or in a similar manufacturing environment. • Strong awareness of workplace safety and quality orientation. • Basic mechanical understanding and manual dexterity for troubleshooting and maintenance. • Careful way of working with attention to detail as well as basic computer skills for documentation. • Adaptability and team spirit to support common site goals.
