Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Strategic & operational overall responsibility for the COO area • Leadership and further development of the organization as well as central key competencies • Implementation of the division strategy in concrete initiatives and programs • Definition and implementation of the future maintenance strategy • Ensuring performance, efficiency and quality along the value chain with a view to LCC • Strategic positioning and market penetration of digital solutions in rail vehicle maintenance (Predictive Maintenance, Remote Services, data-driven business models) • Control of the mobilization of new service locations worldwide • Close cooperation with sales, engineering and international locations • Support of customer projects, offer processes and strategic partnerships YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES • University degree (university of applied sciences / university) in a technical or business administration field • Several years of management experience in a comparable role in the service or (railway) industry environment • Proven successes in leading and developing employees and teams • Pronounced understanding of service products and/or digital solutions • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high implementation strength • Communication-strong personality with assertiveness • Fluent German and English skills YOUR ROLE Marina Frick CHRO Division Service
