Tasks Fachperson Gesundheit: Responsible for planning, adapting, and implementing the care process Co-responsible for the successful implementation of reference care Carrying out nursing and medical-technical procedures and seamless documentation of residents' files Taking over daily responsibility including leadership of care staff Accompanying doctor's visits with implementation of prescriptions Recognizing and implementing the needs and wishes of residents and relatives Participating in the development of departmental goals and concepts to ensure quality and cooperation with internal and external service providers Exchange and communication with internal and external areas Organizes their area of responsibility independently, taking into account internal guidelines and the daily routine Requirements: Completion as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (with professional experience being an advantage) Berufsbildner/in FA or willingness to take over the Berufsbildner function and complete the corresponding further training Willingness to work day and night shifts Interest in accompanying/internally further training Assumption of responsibility Willingness to face changes positively BESA and/or RAI knowledge is an advantage Team-oriented, communicative, and empathetic person We offer Interesting, versatile, and exciting areas of responsibility Promising further training opportunities High degree of autonomy and short decision-making paths Freedom for personal development and technical co-design opportunities Attractive employment and social insurance conditions Subsidized food and free parking Have we aroused your interest?
