Finance and Accounting Specialist #

Financial Administration / DFG | 80-100 % | Coire ##

To strengthen the financial administration team, we are looking for a finance and accounting specialist starting from 1 February 2027 or by agreement.

Your area of responsibility

• Advice and support for cantonal services regarding financial and operational accounting
• Professional responsibility for VAT issues, advising services as well as the preparation of VAT declarations
• IT and logistics responsibility within the financial administration with user management
• Provide 2nd level support for users of the central accounting system
• Direction and participation in cross-functional projects

What we expect from you

• Continuing education in finance and accounting or fiduciary, preferably with a federal certificate of capacity
• In-depth professional experience in finance and accounting
• Great autonomy, reliability and a keen sense of quality as well as a strong service and performance orientation
• Proficiency in computer systems, financial applications as well as solid Excel knowledge for analyses and evaluations
• Analytical mindset, rapid comprehension and good understanding of numbers
• Very good knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an asset
