Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver Glion Summer Programs, ensuring high-quality educational and engagement activities for participants
Coordinate with faculty, industry partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of student-focused programs and events
Manage student volunteers and support teams involved in summer programs and campus activities
Coordinate student orientation and induction programs, ensuring a smooth onboarding and integration experience for new students
Organize welcome events, community-building activities and communication initiatives for incoming students
Support student wellbeing, sports and wellness initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners
Monitor and assess student engagement activities, ensure compliance with institutional standards and act as the departmental Quality Champion
Support student governance initiatives, manage the Student Development Services inbox and contribute to student experience enhancement projects
Supervise and develop interns, providing guidance, coaching and professional development opportunities
Profile and experiences:
Bachelor's degree in education, student development, counselling, or a related field is required
First aid qualified
Valid driving license is required
Fluent in English and French
Prior experience in student development, event management, or a similar role
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of students
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
Ability to address student challenges proactively and effectively
Able to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends where required
Willingness to travel across multiple campuses or external venues as needed
