In order to strengthen the "IT" Department within the "Shared Services Center" unit at the Vernier headquarters or Ostermundigen in Bern, we are looking for a:

Technical Business Analyst - 100%

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and formalizing the needs of our internal client within Assistance. At the heart of our IT ecosystem, you will contribute to transforming these needs into concrete and relevant solutions.

Your challenges

Analyze business needs

• Plan and structure the analysis within your scope
• Facilitate elicitation workshops using the right methods
• Challenge the Salesforce solution to guarantee its relevance

Document and communicate

• Formalize needs and model target processes
• Define functional requirements and associated constraints
• Prepare test plans and sheets for efficient execution

Propose and implement solutions

• Actively contribute to projects and propose adapted solutions
• Identify and communicate functional risks
• Participate in change management
• Organize, execute tests, and support production deployment

IT monitoring and support

• Ensure functional support within your scope
• Contribute to monitoring and continuous improvement of tools

Your indispensable technical skills

• Advanced understanding of database models and SQL
• Advanced knowledge of APIs and system integration
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling

What you bring

Mastery of tools:

• Jira and Confluence
• Git versioning system (Gitlab, Github, bitBucket -)
• ELK / Kibana

Profile:

• Higher education (University Master's, EPF, HES, or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis in the IT field, ideally within a large multidisciplinary company
• Knowledge of development-related constraints
• Knowledge of AGILE projects, in collaboration with POs
• Ability to identify and propose concrete solutions
• French and/or German, with fluent English
• Solution-oriented, adaptability, analytical and transverse approach
• Strong interpersonal and customer orientation
• Communication and negotiation skills
