Mandated by a high-end watch manufacturer in the Geneva region for a fixed-term position, we are looking for a: SCHEDULING SPECIALIST / SCHEDULER (M/F) Scheduling Specialist / Scheduler (M/F) MISSION DESCRIPTION Establish the production program and plan the work of the workshops Verify the feasibility of the production program by validating the charge/capacity calculations of the workshops and supplies Create and launch production orders according to the production plan. Ensure the availability of components and supply them to the relevant department Monitor the production orders and deliveries Ensure the processing of returned and reworked parts. Identify and analyze potential shortcomings and discrepancies. Participate in optimization and acceleration projects for workflows. Conduct analyses to optimize inventory levels Manage inventory and performance indicators for the production sector. REQUIRED PROFILE HES engineer's degree, ES technician with a focus on production management, industrial engineering, supply chain. First experience in Switzerland in short-term scheduling/planning, in watchmaking would be a plus.
