For our baby group we are looking for you as a committed specialist who accompanies the development of our youngest children with passion and heart. Your tasks: You lead the baby group with children aged 3 to 18 months. You shape a loving, safe and developmentally promoting everyday life for the children. You plan and implement age-appropriate activities and support offers. You work closely with the parents and conduct regular parent meetings. You lead and support the team in your group. You ensure compliance with our quality standards and pedagogical concepts. You observe and document the development of the children.   Your profile: You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, Kleinkinderzieher/in, Sozialpädagoge/in or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland. You bring several years of professional experience in the care of children, ideally in a baby group. You have initial leadership experience or the desire to take on leadership tasks. You work empathetically, responsibly and in a structured manner.
