HVAC Technician

Your mission: ###

• Ensure the daily preventive and corrective maintenance of technical heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sanitary installations.
• Carry out technical rounds and check equipment to quickly detect any drift that could impact the site's activity.
• Guarantee the continuity of service of technical installations, taking into account the specific constraints of a healthcare environment.
• Diagnose first-level breakdowns and ensure routine troubleshooting with reactivity.
• Replace common equipment and components: pumps, motors, filters, valves, and small technical equipment.
• Intervene on sanitary and hydraulic installations as part of routine maintenance.
• Carry out the operations planned in the maintenance plan, respecting sensitive areas and operational constraints.
• Perform necessary adjustments to HVAC installations to maintain the required temperature, ventilation, and comfort conditions.
• Process intervention requests according to their urgency level, operational priorities, and service continuity requirements.
• Ensure multi-technical maintenance interventions while minimizing disruptions in occupied spaces as much as possible.
• Identify anomalies, signs of wear, or risks of failure and anticipate repair or replacement needs.
• Update the CMMS and ensure precise traceability of the interventions carried out.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables necessary for priority interventions.
• Welcome and accompany specialized service providers, ensuring strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and site operating rules.
• Respect QHSE requirements, hygiene, safety, confidentiality, and discretion, and participate in the on-call / standby service to ensure rapid handling of technical incidents.

Your profile: ###

• Technical training in the HVAC field (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary), ideally holding a CFC in one of these fields or a title deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years, ideally in the maintenance and troubleshooting of technical building installations. Experience in a hospital, medical, or highly regulated environment is an asset.
• Good mastery of standards, regulations, and safety requirements related to HVAC installations.
• Great rigor, sense of organization, and ability to manage priorities with discernment.
• Excellent reactivity, while knowing how to remain calm in sensitive or urgent situations.
• Keen sense of service, quality, and detail, in a high-requirement environment.
• Discreet, professional, and irreproachable attitude, with strict respect for confidentiality.
• Very good interpersonal skills, with courteous, calm, and adapted communication for various interlocutors.
• Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility, and a strong ability to adapt to site constraints.
• Availability to provide an on-call / standby service according to the defined schedule.
• Very good mastery of spoken and written French.
