The Stiftung Blumenfeld Zuchwil is known for its warmth and offers 86 residents who require care and support a home. Three openly managed living groups, including one living group for short-term stays with 16 single rooms and a gerontopsychiatric living group, in which we also care for day guests, round out our care and support services. To complement the care team of the living group for short-term stays, we are looking for a committed and flexible Nursing Assistant 50% - 80% As a trained nursing assistant, AGS EBA or nursing aide SRK, you have professional experience in inpatient long-term care, acute care or Spitex. Your help in creating an atmosphere of well-being is important to us. You support our nursing professionals and are jointly responsible for modern care and everyday organization. You bring a pronounced physical and mental resilience, act flexibly in the dynamic care routine and convince with your great commitment, without losing your deep empathy for the people entrusted to you, and are also characterized by a high degree of independence and reliability. You can use your IT skills in the electronically managed care documentation - easyDOK - in a targeted manner.
