Tasks:

• Planning and execution of quality and sample tests including evaluation and documentation of results.
• Ensuring quality control before product release and shipping
• Execution of microbiological controls and evaluation of results
• Monitoring of quality specifications and initiation of production stops in case of deviations
• Control and documentation of incoming raw materials.
• Support of the MaintMaster system
• Collaboration in the optimization of quality processes

Requirements:

• Completed training in the technical, mechanical, scientific field or comparable areas
• Professional experience in quality assurance, laboratory, hygiene, microbiology or measurement technology
• Knowledge of relevant quality and hygiene standards (BRCGS, ISO 9001 or GMP)
• Confident handling of testing equipment, specifications and testing documents
• Proficient use of MS office
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Analytical thinking, high reliability and sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills with English skills being an advantage
