Your tasks: ###

• General cleaning work in buildings and facilities
• Cleaning of stairwells, offices, sanitary facilities and communal rooms
• Execution of minor repair and maintenance work
• Care and inspection of indoor and outdoor areas
• Disposal of waste and ensuring order and cleanliness
• Support with general caretaker tasks
• Inspection of technical facilities and reporting of malfunctions
• Depending on the season, assistance with winter service and outdoor work

Your profile: ###

• Experience in cleaning, caretaker services or building maintenance is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Physically fit and resilient
• Good German language skills
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
• Flexibility and readiness to work
