Your missions Technical management and maintenance Ensure the routine maintenance of buildings and their surroundings. Perform small maintenance and repair tasks. Organize and manage access to buildings during interventions by companies and artisans. Control the proper functioning of technical installations. Report anomalies and ensure the follow-up of interventions. Support for rental management Perform cleaning of accommodations following move-out inspections or with a view to their re-rental. Carry out necessary restoration work in order to guarantee the good presentation of the properties. Ensure the cleaning and preparation of apartments before the entry of new tenants. Report any potential defects or work to be planned to the management. Collaborate with the mandated companies when additional interventions are necessary. Your profile Experience in real estate management, professional concierge services or a technical building field. Ease in human contacts and sense of service. Organized, autonomous, versatile person endowed with a good spirit of initiative. Good knowledge of usual IT tools. Category B driving license indispensable.
