In this role, you will take on responsibility and actively lead your team so that nursing runs well every day. At the same time, you can work in the day shift or the night shift, which allows you to remain flexible.

In this role, you take on an important task as you lead and work alongside the team. In doing so, you ensure that your team works well and develops further:

• You lead your nursing team and help in everyday life so that everything runs well
• You ensure that nursing is well-coordinated with the patients

• You have training as a nursing specialist HF or FH - Nursing Team Leader 80-100% in Niederglatt
• You know everyday nursing well and have initial experience in leadership
• You enjoy taking responsibility and remain calm even under stress
• You enjoy working in a team but also make decisions independently
• You motivate others and help the team to become better
• You are willing to work in the day shift or the night shift
