When several vehicles are waiting for repair at the same time, spare parts are missing, and the next order is already at the door, it shows who really has a workshop under control. Here, someone is needed who understands technical connections, dispatches cleverly, makes clear decisions, and leads their team confidently even in hectic situations.

For an established, family-run company in Northwest Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced personality who combines organizational talent with technical expertise. We are not looking for a manager of workflows, but a practitioner with leadership qualities who takes responsibility, thinks economically, and is not too proud to roll up their sleeves themselves if necessary.

You will take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and optimization of daily workshop processes. In doing so, you combine organizational skill and leadership strength with a strong hands-on mentality and actively support the team in operational day-to-day business if required.

We are therefore looking for an immediate or by arrangement confident

Your tasks:

*Leadership and supervision of a workshop team as well as promoting efficient cooperation
*Responsibility for the smooth running of all workshop processes
*Planning of work assignments and coordination of dates and capacities
*Collaboration in order administration, from recording workshop services in the internal system to billing and invoicing
*Preparation and calculation of customer offers
*Monitoring of stock levels and ensuring the availability of required spare parts and consumables
*Procurement of spare parts as well as operating and auxiliary equipment, taking into account needs and economic efficiency

What you bring with you:

*Training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or truck mechanic
*Sound professional experience in a workshop operation
*Leadership experience and enjoyment in guiding and developing employees
*Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
*Communicative and team-oriented personality
*Physical resilience and willingness to work practically yourself
*Proficient German in speaking and writing
