Your mission:

As Scrum Master, you are responsible for the introduction, further development and optimization of our digital tools and actively accompany our teams on the path of digital transformation.

Your backpack:

• Completed studies or further training in the field of business informatics, business administration, HR, project management or comparable training
• Experience in the schooling & training of tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of agile working methods is an advantage
• Experience with implementations or digitalization projects is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• High digital affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies
• High customer and service orientation
• Ability to win people over to changes
• Languages: German, French and English at a C1 level - M/S

Training & Coaching

• Planning and implementation of training for employees and managers

Interface function & Stakeholder Management

• Contact person for all questions regarding digital solutions and processes

Customer Orientation & Sales Support

• Support of the sales team in the presentation of our digital solutions

Strategy & Innovation

• Co-responsible for the expansion of our digital tool landscape
