Your rigor and your capacity for analysis allow you to ensure the quality of the services provided autonomously. You are looking for an HR function in an environment in full evolution. Reporting to the Human Resources Direction, you join a small team by assuming the operational responsibility of personnel administration, including the management of salaries and social charges of a Foundation counting more than 350 collaborators, distributed between four activity poles and transversal services. A true local point of contact, you accompany the collaborators throughout the HR life cycle: recruitment, integration, personnel administration, absences, social insurances, departures, and working time management. Responsibilities * Ensure the administrative management of the collaborators' life cycle, from entry to departure, and guarantee the reliability and updating of HR data. * Ensure payroll and elements related to absences, social insurances, family allowances, and associated procedures. * Be the guarantor of the correct application of processes, internal procedures, and legal provisions, as well as the quality and confidentiality of HR data. * Support colleagues in the management of training, the sorting of recruitment files, and mail intended for personnel. * Work autonomously under the supervision of the HRD and coordinate HR administrative activities with the support of colleagues. * Support hierarchy in the identification of simplification and automation of personnel administrative procedures. * Participate in or lead different HR projects. Your profile * Specific training in human resources (federal diploma, other). * Confirmed experience of at least 10 years in a generalist HR function with solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and an environment subject to a CCT. * Solid mastery of personnel administration and payroll processes, as well as good knowledge of social insurances and labor law. * Good mastery of usual IT tools and HR systems; knowledge of ProConcept and Tipee constitutes an asset. * Ease in apprehending varied issues and a marked interest in discovering new fields. * Excellent capacities for prioritization, analysis, synthesis, and communication. * Particular attraction to the respect of standards and a keen sense of organization and planning. * Open-mindedness, flexibility, and sense of empathy.
