Profile Your profile: To succeed in this position, you must imperatively meet the following criteria: • Hold a CFC in Polymechanics • Have confirmed experience in machining on CNC machines in a demanding industrial environment. • Perfect mastery of French, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication. • Proven ability to work in a team schedule (2x8 or 3x8) with flexibility and adaptability for day or VSD schedule • Demonstrate great rigor, a developed sense of organization, and strong autonomy. • Have a team spirit while being able to manage individual responsibilities with reliability. • Reside in Switzerland and have EU/AELE nationality (imperative condition).
