Our team further develops the bernette product portfolio together with international OEM partners and successfully brings new products to market in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and our worldwide sales organizations.

Project Management bernette 80-100% (a) ##

FROM DEVELOPMENT TO THE MARKET: In this position, you take responsibility for development and market launch projects surrounding our bernette sewing machines and their accessories. You connect technology and the market, coordinate international partners as well as internal interfaces, and ensure with drive, structure, and precision that ideas become successful products.

Your responsibility: ###

• You lead development and market launch projects for new bernette products - from development with our OEM partners to the successful market launch.
• You manage the cooperation with our international OEM partners and keep schedules, milestones, prototypes, and testing under control.
• You coordinate internal interfaces such as Product Management, Sewing Lab, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, International Marketing, and Sales.
• You plan the go-to-market activities in coordination with Brand and Product Management and ensure that all stakeholders are on board in time.
• You ensure that housing designs, print data, operating instructions, product certifications, and country-specific requirements are available on schedule.
• You keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality, set clear priorities, and ensure reliable reporting as well as compliance with our processes.
• You support the further development of existing products and contribute where your input achieves an impact.

What you bring with you: ###

• A completed degree in a technical or business administration field, for example, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a comparable field of study.
• Around two years of professional experience in a similar function, for example, in project management, in a sub-project management role, in Product Management, or in OEM product development including the market launch phase.
• A structured and conscientious way of working as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and set clear priorities.
• Initiative and assertiveness. You represent your viewpoint convincingly and bring topics to a successful conclusion even without direct line authority.
• Very good German and English skills as well as enjoyment in working with international partners and other cultures. Willingness to travel of approx. 10%, especially to Asia.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Power BI or Adobe Illustrator, experience in Asia, or an affinity for sewing are a plus.
