As Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager, you are the face of our boutique and live the values of Palais des Thés: passion, expertise and hospitality. Your tasks: You lead our team with enthusiasm and ensure an inspiring shopping experience, entirely in the spirit of our brand. You advise our customers competently and warmly, share your knowledge about our teas and build long-term customer relationships. You design the sales area to be inviting and present our products in such a way that they invite discovery. You organize the goods receipt, the warehousing and ensure order and cleanliness in the boutique. You are responsible for the smooth running of all sales and checkout processes. You implement our brand philosophy in everyday life and ensure that every customer feels comfortable with us. What you bring with you: Joy in sales, in consulting and in contact with people as well as a pronounced sense for service quality. Enthusiasm for high-quality food and/or tea, ideally with initial experience in retail or gastronomy. Leadership qualities (at least 1-2 years of experience as Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager) team spirit and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
