Construction Economist M/F Our client is a recognized architecture firm in the Lausanne region, active on various and ambitious projects. In order to strengthen its team, we are looking for a Construction Economist capable of accompanying projects from their design phase to their realization, with a strong sensitivity to economic and technical challenges. Missions Your main responsibilities are : \- Develop cost estimates and calculations at the different SIA phases. \- Prepare general estimates and descriptive tender documents. \- Prepare calls for tender and analyze received bids. \- Participate in negotiations with companies and suppliers. \- Ensure financial monitoring of projects and cost control. \- Establish bid comparisons and award recommendations. \- Collaborate closely with architects, site managers, and specialized representatives. \- Contribute to the economic optimization of projects while guaranteeing the quality of the realizations. Candidate Profile Your profile: \- Training in the field of construction (ES technician, architect, engineer, construction economist, or training deemed equivalent). \- Confirmed experience in Switzerland in a similar role. \- Good knowledge of SIA standards and the French-speaking Swiss construction market. \- Mastery of tender processes and bidding. Proficiency with standard IT tools, especially Excel. \- Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of organization. \- Excellent interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork.
