Your tasks

• You ensure the professional, individual, and holistic care and support of the residents
• You actively support the residents in maintaining and promoting their existing abilities and involve them in decisions regarding their care
• You recognize changes in the health status of the residents at an early stage, document them precisely, and initiate appropriate measures
• You maintain an empathetic and transparent exchange with relatives and reference persons and are available as a competent contact person
• You actively participate in the further development of our care quality and contribute your ideas for the optimization of processes
• Optionally, you can get involved as a vocational trainer

What you bring with you

• A completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in long-term care
• You have a big heart for elderly people and respect for their life story
• You value empathetic, appreciative, and resident-centered care
• Teamwork is important to you. You contribute to a positive working atmosphere with humor and helpfulness
• Good German skills are essential for communication with our residents and in the team
