Your area of responsibility ####

• Setting up, programming and operating CNC-controlled short and long-running lathes
• Carrying out first article inspections
• Ensuring product quality through in-process and final inspections
• Quality assurance of the products
• Active participation in process optimizations and internal projects
• Shared responsibility for continuous improvements according to Lean principles
• Carrying out maintenance and preventive maintenance work on the systems
• Ensuring smooth and trouble-free machine operation

Your profile ####

• Completed training as a Polymechaniker or Feinmechaniker
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function within an internationally active industrial company
• Good knowledge of Lean Management; structured application of corresponding methods is an advantage
• Team-oriented, innovative and independent way of working as well as high reliability
• Strong technical understanding, great flexibility and high commitment
• Readiness to work in 2- to 3-shift operation as well as to take on on-call duties
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
