Polymechaniker 100% Your area of responsibility Setting up, programming and operating CNC-controlled and long-turning machines Carrying out first article inspections Ensuring product quality through in-process and final inspections Quality assurance of the products Active participation in process optimizations and internal projects Co-responsibility for continuous improvements according to Lean principles Performing maintenance and preventive maintenance work on the systems Ensuring smooth and trouble-free machine operation Your profile Completed training as a Polymechaniker or Feinmechaniker Several years of professional experience in a comparable function within an internationally active industrial company Good knowledge of Lean Management; structured application of corresponding methods is an advantage Team-oriented, innovative and independent way of working as well as high reliability Pronounced technical understanding, great flexibility and high commitment Willingness to work in 2- to 3-shift operation as well as to take on on-call services Very good German skills in spoken and written language Why +SUHNER?
