Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII 50% in Late Shift Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a reference person for nursing • Responsibility and control of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the RAI care needs assessment • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking over late shifts, optionally from 4 or 5 pm • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking over tasks as a theme carrier in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality   Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge is desirable or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in varied challenges • Good German language skills in word and writing   Why Tertianum?
