Head of Real Estate Management (80 – 100 %) and member of the Executive Board

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you are responsible for the management of the real estate portfolio, bridge the gap between market-oriented and social orientation, and lead the commercial as well as technical team. This includes lettings including initial lettings, maintenance and management, as well as facility management. For construction projects, you ensure operational requirements and are responsible for the transfer of new buildings into operational business. You enjoy further developing processes, systems, and the organization and participate in the strategic orientation of the foundation.

You have a higher education in real estate or facility management or a comparable qualification. Decisive are your several years of experience in personnel leadership as well as in the management of a demanding real estate portfolio. You bring profound knowledge in rental and ancillary cost law, technical understanding, as well as financial competence and market knowledge. Experience with construction or renovation projects is an advantage. Ideally, you are familiar with the environment of non-profit organizations and are affine toward communal living forms. Personally, you convince through independence, joy of creation, teamwork, and steadfastness at the executive board level. You feel connected to the Christian values of the organization and encounter them with openness and respect.
