Company specializing in luxury boat rentals on Lake Geneva is looking for an independent chartering professional to ensure the occasional and flexible replacement of the Chartering Manager.

You will take over with full autonomy and guarantee the continuity of activity during her absences: management of reservations and customer requests, relationship with boat owners, logistical coordination of outings and planning of skippers.

A flexible need, with variable geometry

Depending on the periods, your intervention may take different forms:

• 1 to 2 fixed days per week and annually ;
• replacement during the vacations and recovery days of the Chartering Manager (more sustained periods, which can go up to several weeks, even 1 to 2 months)
• an activity rate that you can increase or reduce quickly according to our needs.

The profile we are looking for

• experienced in luxury hospitality and immediately operational ;
• very flexible and available to adapt to variable periods ;
• perfectly autonomous, capable of taking over ongoing files without an integration period ;
• reliable, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service ;
• fluent French and C1 English mandatory; boat license mandatory; ease with reservation software ;
• independent/freelance profile.
