Your future areas of responsibility ##

• Responsible for all building plans, site and plot plans for ETA SA Switzerland-wide
• Drawing and updating safety-relevant plans (fire protection, fire brigade, escape route plans, etc.)
• Technical support for project managers in the planning and realization of construction projects
• Ensuring efficient space management for ETA SA Switzerland-wide as well as creating the monthly reporting for the controlling department for internal billing

Your skills and competencies ##

• Completed apprenticeship as Zeichner/in EFZ specializing in architecture, possibly with additional training in the area of BIM
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of CAD, architecture, and construction
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD software
• Experience in applying BIM methods for efficient planning and execution
• Interested in new topics arising from digitalization
• Motivated, conflict-capable, and strong-communication personality
• Exact, precise, and structured way of working
• High sense of responsibility and duty

Languages ##

Fluent German skills (written and oral) as well as French language skills.
