Your tasks Taking over and processing SME openings from the digital onboarding track in the Service Center Processing of administrative tasks: opening of capital contribution accounts, opening of business relationships for SMEs, processing of written inquiries as well as orders, including processing of customer-related pending items as well as conducting clarifications in telephone customer contact. What you bring with you Commercial basic training, preferably banking training (e.g. CYP) Professional experience along the entire SME process (end-to-end) Knowledge in dealing with regulatory requirements (OR, VSB, AIA / FATCA) Analytical skills, effective way of working, high self-motivation & customer orientation Affinity for digital channels an advantage Team player with very good communication skills in German and English mandatory; further foreign language skills an advantage.
