What you can move ###

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of approx. 7-9 employees
• Regular operative cooperation in the OR as well as support for employees in difficult nursing/treatment situations
• Ensuring the continuous further development of clinical nursing practice in close cooperation with the nursing specialists in charge
• Responsible for clearly structured workflows and good working environment factors (e.g., correct skill-grade-mix, nurse-to-patient ratio etc.)
• Ensuring the economic and budget-compliant provision of services and the recording of services
• Conducting complaint management as well as ensuring the flow of information both within the ward and interprofessionally

What you bring with you ###

• Completed training in operating room technology (HF level), leadership training an advantage
• Several years of experience in OR operations, ideally with sound practical experience in the respective specialist area as well as 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Good knowledge of the specific OR processes, structures, and requirements of the assigned team
• Strong understanding of interprofessional cooperation and the interfaces between operating room technology, physicians, anesthesia, and other professional groups
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented personality with a high service orientation
• Strong communication skills, social competence, and organizational skill
