• You support and holistically and in a partnership-based manner develop our key customers such as Coop Gruppe and Discount.
• You successfully plan, negotiate, and implement *annual agreements as well as sales activities.
• You help develop sales and customer strategies and ensure the successful introduction of novelties.
• You analyze market, customer, and sales data and derive concrete growth opportunities from them.
• You are responsible for achieving turnover, distribution, and budget targets.
• You maintain a strong network at all relevant levels and work closely with internal as well as external partners.
• Several years of experience in Key Account Management in retail or the consumer goods environment.
• Demonstrable experience in supporting and negotiating with national major customers.
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense for market, customer, and consumer needs.
• Analytical and conceptual strength combined with a strong affinity for numbers and a high orientation towards implementation.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a winning personality.
• Independent, proactive way of working with high personal responsibility and orientation towards success.
