Project Manager Construction (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a renowned company in the construction industry, we are looking for a motivated and responsible personality as a Project Manager Construction. You will take on a key role and manage construction projects independently from start to finish.

Tasks

• Management of construction projects across all phases - from preparation through realization to final handover
• Coordination of all project participants as well as ensuring a smooth project process
• Control of deadlines, costs and quality as well as proactive management of project risks and challenges
• Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines and safety regulations
• Conducting and moderating meetings as well as documenting progress
• Preparation of tenders, evaluation of offers and support of the award processes
• Efficient resource and schedule planning in close cooperation with the construction management

Profile

• Training in construction (e.g. civil engineer, architect, technician or construction manager)
• Several years of experience in the management of construction projects
• Sound know-how in construction processes, standards and tenders
• Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules and contracts
• Proficient in using common tools
• You are assertive, organized and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Driver's license category B
