For the two acute wards for elderly people at the Winterthur location, we are looking for you

Registered Nurse HF or FH 60 - 100%

Your tasks

• Care and support of patients in a geriatric psychiatric setting within the framework of a family-centered approach
• Design of the nursing process in core team work with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
• Coordination, leadership, and evaluation of milieu- and nursing-therapeutic groups
• Acting in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
• Learning support for apprentices and students in nursing professions

Your qualifications

• Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or in the elderly sector
• High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
• Willingness to support change processes, to engage with new things, and to actively help shape changes
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• CAS in Gerontology or the willingness to complete one
