Scientific Associate (w/m/d)

• Management and scientific support of diverse health policy and medical projects as well as representation of the Health Department in projects and specialist committees
• Development of concepts, processes and decision-making bases as well as further development of internal processes
• Scientific support of commissions and working groups
• Processing of parliamentary motions and consultations
• Technical collaboration in the field of communicable diseases and reporting systems incl. background service on weekends and public holidays
• Advising and providing information on health-related issues to specialists, specialist offices as well as patients
• Degree in human medicine or university Master's degree in natural, humanistic or social sciences
• Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, in research or the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in project management and enjoyment in the development of concepts and processes
• Interest in health policy issues and Public Health as well as good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Independent, structured and service-oriented way of working
• Proactive, flexible and communicative personality
• Proficient oral and written expression as well as good IT application competence
• Demanding activity in an exciting professional and political environment
