Assistant to the Executive Board

Our client is a traditional, family-run company that has been manufacturing high-quality hygiene products for over 50 years, relying on state-of-the-art technology and ecological sustainability. With over 200 dedicated employees, the client is part of an international group and supplies regional as well as international markets. To strengthen the team, the company is looking for a structured, communicative Assistant to the Executive Board who acts as a central interface and manages operational processes with foresight.

Your tasks

• Central interface for smooth information flow and coordination
• Ensure management of the agenda and professional meeting preparation
• Critically question administrative processes and drive digitalization
• Support the Executive Board operationally and actively accompany project implementation

Your profile

• Commercial training or a degree in business administration required
• Several years of experience in a comparable assistant function, ideally in an industrial environment
• Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent German required, English skills are an advantage
