Your tasks as Vocational Trainer Electrical Professions (m/f/d)

• Accompanying and promoting learners with regard to technical and organizational areas, as well as planning the training
• Support and accompaniment of the learning documentation, as well as regular monitoring of learning progress through educational and status discussions
• Exchange and maintenance with vocational schools and intercompany courses
• Preparation of the learners for the qualification of the training
• Participation within the framework of the selection process for new apprentices and further development of the training program offered

Your profile

• Completed training as Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ or comparable qualification
• Further training at master level, ideally as dipl. Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte/-expertin (HFP) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in leading electrical installation projects in Switzerland
• Knowledge in calculation, cost control, and supplementary contract management
• Experience with Messerli or comparable industry software
• Leadership competence, entrepreneurial thinking, and a structured way of working
• Very good German language skills
