Spitex Rothenburg offers services to the approximately 8,000 inhabitants of the municipality of Rothenburg in the areas of somatic care, outpatient psychiatric care and domestic help. The care interventions at the Hermolingen home & farm with approximately 36 residents and the provision of psychiatric services in an expanded environment complement our Spitex service and make it something special.
As of 1.1.2027, we will join forces in the Sempach lake region and start together as the new modern and future-oriented organization Spitex Sempachersee Plus AG.
To strengthen our team at the Rothenburg base, we are looking for an immediately or by agreement committed registered nurse HF or FH at 40% - 90%, with an interest in palliative care

Your tasks:

• Taking over case responsibility: planning, steering and evaluating the entire care process, including needs assessments according to InterRAI-HC
• Professional and holistic care and support of our clients
• Responsibility for careful and complete maintenance of client documentation
• Active collaboration with all persons involved in the care process
• Participation in the internal palliative care competence team

Requirements:

• HF / FH nursing diploma
• Pronounced professional, communicative and social skills
• Solution-oriented and resource-oriented attitude
• Physical and mental resilience
• Team spirit
• Private car
