Your profile: * Holder of a CFC in building drafting, building technology design, or a title deemed equivalent. * 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in project management and construction supervision. * Good command of MS Office tools and CAD software (ArchiCAD and/or AutoCAD). * Proven skills in managing construction and renovation projects, preparing tenders, planning, and monitoring works. * Good knowledge of sustainable construction principles. * Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, and initiative-taking skills. * Ability to work autonomously, while favoring constructive collaboration and a strong team spirit. * Excellent command of French and good writing skills (reports, notices, etc.). * Sense of public service and ease in relations with various interlocutors. Main missions: * Carrying out technician services related to the maintenance and renovation of municipal buildings. * Managing technical projects and ensuring the role of representative of the Client towards consultants and companies. * Ensuring respect for budgets and schedules. * Participating in the drafting of proposals, reports, and notices. * Drafting service or renovation tender documents in compliance with the Law on Public Procurement. * Coordinating works with other municipal and inter-municipal services. * Performing various administrative tasks related to the functioning of the service.
