The Pediatric Home Care Nursing Team (SIPeD) is looking for a: Nurse Accompanying School Specialist for a Tracheotomized Child - 60% to 80% LOCATION Lausanne MISSION You will accompany a young tracheotomized patient on their back-and-forth trips between their home and the Cassagne school, in collaboration with a partner transporter or via public transportation, as well as during school time. Your role will consist notably of: Performing nursing care related to tracheotomy (respiratory surveillance, aspiration, equipment maintenance, etc.) Observing and evaluating the child's state of health Guaranteeing the child's well-being and safety Collaborating with the family and with the medical-social interveners involved in the follow-up Working days: from Monday to Friday. Annual leave is planned during Vaud school vacations, offering perfect alignment with the school calendar.
